Making each patient's orthodontic experience as pleasant as possible and including you, the patient, as a partner in the treatment process is very important to all of us. We try to exceed the expectations of our patients and their families!

	Susan M, Office Coordinator Susan, our Office Coordinator, is the veteran of the group, having been with Dr. Strohecker for 34 years! She's in charge of most day-to-day office activities and takes care of the computer system. Susan lives in Harleysville with her husband and the pride of her life, Mic, their Chocolate Lab, and their other baby, Sam, a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. She spends as much time as she can in Los Angeles visiting her grandson, Giovanni.
	Denise, Treatment Coordinator Denise, our Treatment Coordinator, will meet you at your first appointment. She has been with us for 19 years and is an expert in the field of orthodontics. Her job is to explain and re-explain the entire process of orthodontic treatment to the patient and family of all new patients. Denise is kept very busy with her husband and 2 active sons who are very involved in sports. She is now spending most of her non-working time traveling to soccer and rugby tournaments.
	Suzy, Senior Orthodontic Technician Suzy, our highly-qualified Senior Orthodontic Technician, has a great deal of experience in the orthodontic field, having been with our office for 30 years! She travels extensively, and her latest trip was to Greece. Suzy’s hobbies, along with traveling, are gardening and reading.
	Pat, Financial Coordinator Patty is probably the most powerful of all staff members....because she controls the money! Her biggest job is processing our many insurance claims. She can be reached by phone in the afternoons after 1:00. Patty's outside life is filled with her adorable grandsons, Jake and Lucas, along with her Portugese Water Dog, Maddie! She has been on our team for 10 years.
	Kathy, Records Coordinator Kathy, our Records Coordinator, performs the Growth Study for each new patient, and is in charge of the X-rays and lab work. She also performs "debands" - that exciting appointment when the appliances are removed. Kathy has been with our staff for 23 years and lives in Lansdale. She has 2 daughters, one is married and the other is busy pursuing a career in New York City.
	Aimee, Appointment Coordinator Aimee is the friendly face you see at the front desk, our Appointment Coordinator. Aimee’s been on our team for 9 years. She will happily make your next appointment or answer any questions. She does a great job with keeping the schedule running smoothly. Aimee lives in Harleysville with her husband, daughter, and two sons, who keep her very busy with soccer and dance lessons.
	Susan R., Orthodontic Technician Susan came to our office in August of 1998 for braces. Two years later she was working here! She has an extensive background in the dental field, having previously worked in general dentistry. Her outside life is kept very busy by her husband and 2 active sons! In Sue's free time she sells her newly-found yard sale treasures on E-bay, a thriving business! When she’s not selling on E-bay, you’ll find her at the golf course.
	Tina, Orthodontic Technician Tina has been with us for 7 years, having previously worked in an orthodontic office in Bucks County. Her "whistle while you work" attitude keeps the atmosphere light and lively! An avid music lover, she is always looking forward to "the next concert." She is totally devoted to her dog, Shiloh, an American Eskimo!
	Rhonda, Appointment/Business Coordinator Rhonda comes to our office highly experienced in all aspects of the business office, having been with Grand View Hospital in many departments for 12 years. She is the proud mom of two children. Her daughter is a freshman at Shippensburg, and her son is a Fulbright Scholar doing research in Panama with the Smithsonian. Rhonda's accomplishments include outstanding baking skills....the real reason we hired her! She is also responsible for the schedule running smoothly and does a great job in both the scheduling and financial aspects of our office.
	Dottie, Orthodontic Technician Dottie was originally trained in the dental field and is most proficient in her orthodontic skills. She’s been with us for 5 years. Her husband, Greg, is a North Penn School District elementary teacher, and they have 3 children and 2 grandsons. They enjoy spending time in State College at their second home. Ask her anything about Penn State…she can tell you!
	Karen G., Appointment Coordinator Karen can be found in the business office every afternoon. She’s one of our newest team members, having come back to the working world when her youngest child went away to college last year. She and her husband have 3 children and live in Souderton. Karen brings multitudes of experience in Public Relations and is very active in fundraising for the Indian Valley Boys & Girls Club. She also travels frequently to Messiah College to watch her daughter play field hockey.
	Karen B., Orthodontic Technician Karen is our newest team member, having come here from a general dental office in the area. She has fit in extremely well, and is doing a great job adapting to orthodontics. Karen lives in Hatfield with her husband and three children, all of whom keep her busy with soccer, baseball, and swimming. They also enjoy traveling the country in their RV.
